You can lose weight or diet by increasing your will power and improved will power is the magic key to losing weight or dieting successfully.
When asked the question "what's the single most common reason why losing weight or sticking to a diet doesn't work", the answer is NOT that the diet program doesn't work - it's that YOU the person who is on the diet or weight loss program, does NOT have the will power to stick to the diet and lose weight.
How often do you hear people say they can't lose weight because they don't have the will power to stick to a diet or a weight loss program? Well, in the vast majority of cases they have hit the nail right on the head! - the head being the operative word! The reason they failed to lose weight or keep to the diet is almost certainly in their head.
