      Serenity in the Mountains Blue Ridge Hotel and Day Spa offers mountain cabin style accommodations at a luxurious level. Each suites has a fireplace, kitchen, up to three bedrooms and a jacuzzi. The spa offers top-to-toe treatments, and there is a separate gentleman's locker room with steam room and sauna.       Seventy-two acres of natural beauty and nature trails surround Dahlonega Spa Resort, and the time spent outside is as important as the time spent in the rejuvenation and renewal program. Packages include the "2 Night Wellness Getaway," the "5 Night Mind Body Spirit Retreat,'" and seasonal offers including the "Valentine Escape Package." Among the facilities is a large Yoga Hall, an outdoor jacuzzi and a walking labyrinth. Specialized food is available, with vegetarian and vegan options.

    Mandala Wellness Retreat and Spa

    • In addition to the typical massage and relaxation therapy, the Mandala Spa offers counseling, hypnotherapy, meditation classes, yoga, T'ai Chi, Ayurvedic Nutrition psychotherapy and a quit smoking program. Guests can stay at the adjoining bed and breakfast, Lucille's Mountain Top Inn. Packages include the 'Worry-Free Weekend' and the "Women's Deep Renewal Retreat." Personal Retreats are arranged as one, two, four or six days and can be as private or as interactive as you choose. Classes and sessions are also available for day or evening guests.

    Chamomile Retreat

    • A more personal and intimate retreat experience can be found at the Chamomile Retreat, where you stay in one of two cabins, and have the option of eating alone or with the family. Guests are treated to fruit, tea and coffee, a guided morning walk, paddle boating, fishing and movies to watch. You can also book a massage or yoga session. Alternatively you can sit and watch the reflections in the pond.
