A lot of people swear by it and it works for them.
Aside from it's chemical-free, it also effectively eliminates odor-causing bacteria.
There are products available in the market today that make use of alum crystals as the main ingredient.
You can apply it after bathing in the morning.
I tried it before and I would recommend reapplying throughout the day especially if the weather is super hot.
But if you're just at home and it's pretty cold, one application can last the entire day.
Some brands even come in spray so you can apply it to your feet and hands as well.
The last remedy I found on how to reduce sweating is by drinking plenty of water.
This may sound blank to you but trust me it really works.
Forget about what other says that the more you sweat the more you sweat.
It's actually- the less you drink the more you sweat.
If we don't drink enough water, our nerves send signals to our brain that the body needs to cool down in the form of sweat.
It will also help if you can wear clothes made of natural fibers all the time like linen, cotton and wool.
These fibers don't trap body heat and the best part is, you won't smell even if you sweat.
