No one is excited about being overweight.
But after the seemingly endless ups and downs of dieting, most people resign themselves to thinking that being large is just what nature had in mind for them.
Making that decision can be permanently damaging to your self esteem and literally take years from your life.
That's no way to live! You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to get to on the other side of your obesity.
I'll let you in one secret: The most effective remedies for obesity are not what you should eat.
But rather, what you shouldn't.
Here are the foods to avoid to lose weight quickly and keep it off for good.
1.
No processed foods.
Sure, processed foods are convenient, cheap, and easy.
But they are terrible for your body.
You'd never know that if you trusted television ads or grocery store end caps.
Certainly, the manufacturers aren't going to tell you how awful their ingredients are for your body.
But, I'm happy to tell you the reasons to avoid them:
  • The first is trans fat.
    It increases your bad cholesterol and your risk for heart disease while lowering your good cholesterol.
    Heart disease is a killer.
    And trans fat will get you there.
    So, steer clear of it as much as you can.
  • High fructose corn syrup.
    This is one of the major problems in the obesity epidemic.
    It's responsible for double chins everywhere.
  • They're made of chemicals.
    Read the label.
    The labels on processed foods should give you pause.
    Try saying the words out loud.
    You'll be tongue tied! These chemicals sound like something you'd buy to clean the bathtub, not for food!

No more sugar.
On average, folks ingest close to 150 pounds of sugar a year.
You're eating it all the time.
Sugar is in almost everything.
But sugar is really damaging to your body's health.
If you want to shed pounds, here are some of the biggest reasons to lose the sugar: Its nothing but empty calories.
Almost all of it is stored in your body as fat.
So, if you're looking to shed pounds, the last thing you're going to want is to add even more troublesome fat to lose.
But that's not all.
Sugar also raises your risk of heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis.
And, it depresses your immune system.

No artificial sweeteners either.
Now, before you make the switch to artificial sweeteners, you should know about them as well.
The artificial sweeteners used in low-calorie and diet products are created in labs.
Yes.
They're created by people in white coats using beakers and chemicals.
Healthy eating plans for weight loss don't include this stuff! And its not surprise that they're to blame for tons of stuff including: brain tumors, Alzheimer's, vertigo, panic attacks, mood changes, migraines, anxiety, depression, and more! If you're trying to get slim by using artificial sweeteners, you're just choosing one bad outcome for another.
Not only that, sweeteners actually increase your appetite.
That's just counterproductive to anyone trying to shed pounds.
