The NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo is held each January at the Washington Convention Center. The Health Fair provides free health screenings, fun activities and information on products and services that relate to healthy living. The 2015 Expo will feature a new "Changing Minds" pavilion with information and education on mental health.

Dates and Times: January 10-11, 2015, 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
A job fair will be held prior to the event on January 9, 2015, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. for veterans, active duty military members, guard and reserve members, and military spouses. Job-seekers are encouraged to register online before the event, but can also register in person at the fair. Participants must have proof of service ready to display at the registration table.
Bally Total Fitness Dance Demonstration
The NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo offers fun activities to motivate you to take charge of your health. Try a new sport such as golf, skiing or dancing. The show includes lots of hands-on activities for all ages.
Children's Hospital Bloodmobile
Visitors donate blood at the Children's Hospital Bloodmobile at the NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo in Washington DC.
