1. Eat your Breakfast
How many times you hear this? After sleep 8 hours without nutrient, our body needs fuel to get you going through the day. And the breakfast can provide it. So, start your day with the healthy breakfast!
2. Eat regular Meals
If you skip your meals, you will be able to lose weight faster. It's the WRONG statement! When you start to skip your meals, your blood sugar levels drop, your metabolism slows down to compensate for the missing fuel and when you finally get home you are starving so you eat anything in sight. You will never lose weight, but you will gain weight.
One of the requirements of healthy weight loss success is never skip your meals.
3. Snack Frequently
It's also important to add the snack between your regular meals. Your body needs energy to burn more fats so you need to supply it with the energy it needs, that's why you need the snacks. Of course, you can't eat what you want. You should have healthy snacks, such as apple, orange, nuts, etc.
4. Drink a lot of Water
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. To perform at its best, your body has to stay well hydrated. Water contains no calories; so your body uses up more to raise it to your body temperature. This will help you to increase your metabolism. In fact, research has shown that you can increase your metabolism by 1/3 just by drinking several glasses of ice water each day.
5. Don't Eat Late
Having an early dinner gives your body time to digest most of the food before you shut down for the 8 hours. But we are so busy that we are always tempted to put off dinner until the last minute.
So, make sure you don't sleep before 2 hours after your dinner or the last snacks.
