ACI needs at a 300 MHz processor and 128 MB RAM to operate. However, the manufacturer recommends at least a 500 MHz CPU and 256 RAM or more. You should have at least 500 GB of free space on your hard disk drive, but the designer suggests 2 GB or more.

The ACI appraisal software is compatible with Windows XP Home, XP Pro, Windows Vista and Windows 7. It works with Service Pack 3 for Windows XP.
ACI recommends using Windows XP Pro for best performance.
The software requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, but for best results, use the newer 7.0 version. You also need Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. The latest versions of both products are freely available through Windows Update.

You must have a monitor capable of displaying at a 800x600 resolution, but ACI recommends using a resolution of 1024x768. Running the program at a higher resolution gives it more room to display information. As with most PC software, a keyboard and mouse are not optional.
