There are special forms for those who have gross revenue or assets beyond $25,000.
In this case too the annual financial reports are to be filed at the office of the Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts, or with such authorities as prescribed under the existing law of the land.

The registration authority, acting under the existing law of the land, has the veritable responsibility of protecting the interest of all public beneficiaries within his jurisdiction.
In case of any violation of the provisions of the law relating to registration, legal action can be initiated against such charitable trusts.
There was a time when nonprofit schools, hospitals, and churches were exempted from filing of any of the annual returns.
But now the law has invariably made the return mandatory for all and sundry.
