How to Check the History on an AT&T Cell

    Current Billing Period

    • 1). Log on to the Wireless AT&T website. Enter your username and password. Select "Enter."

    • 2). Select "Usage & Recent Activity" from the menu at the top.

    • 3). Select "View Details" under "Minutes Detail." The numbers that you called and who called you will be displayed along with the length of call time.

    Past Bills

    • 1). Log on to the Wireless AT&T website. Enter your username and password. Select "Enter."

    • 2). Select "Bills & Payments" from the menu at the top.

    • 3). Choose "View Bill History." This is located in the "Payment History" section.

    • 4). Choose "View" for the bill you want to review. The numbers that you called and who called you will be displayed along with the length of call time.

    On Your Phone

    • 1). Turn your AT&T cell phone on.

    • 2). Select the "Phone" option if you are using a smartphone. AT&T users with smartphones such as the Blackberry or iPhone have a specific "Phone" function. Choose the option to see "All" phone calls. Many phones allow you to separate the calls it displays by "All" and "Missed." The "All" function will include dialed calls, received calls and missed calls. Scroll through the calls using your fingers, trackball or keypad.

    • 3). Go to the phone's main menu screen and using your keypad scroll to the option that says "Recent Calls" or "Call History" if you are using a phone that is not a smartphone such as the older candy-bar style Nokia phones. Select "Go" or "OK." Press the down button on your keypad to scroll through your history.
