Additionally, most people tend to think that fast food is cheaper than healthy food, but that's not really the case.

Your family and friends probably see the damage that you are doing and hate it.
Every chance they get they might be using to remind you of that fact.
Well, nagging doesn't work well, does it? Nevertheless, they are right.
You should cut back on your fast food consumption.

That way you can enjoy cooking without spending too much time on it and still eat much healthier meals.
