How to Cope With a Breakup

If you got dumped recently you are probably looking for ideas on how to cope with a breakup.
I have two different ideas for you.
I don't know your personal story, so you can decide what is the best option for you.
1.
Forget the girl and move on with your life.
You can try to find another girlfriend and just forget about your ex.
Getting a new girl will build your confidence and help you to cope with the breakup pretty fast.
You may also wish to just stop with relationships temporarily.
Take some time and don't look at girls, and just get some rest without having to worry about a relationship.
2.
The other option is to get back together with your ex.
If you really did love her and still have strong feelings about her, then this is the best solution for how to cope with a breakup.
If you are able to get back together with the girl you love, you will be happy again.
To do this you need to figure out some things first.
Ask yourself how important is she to you? If you truly do want to get back together with her, then you need to be willing to work hard.
There are no magic words you can tell her that will make her instantly fall in love with you again.
It may seem difficult to get her to like you again.
She broke up with you a reason.
However, she dated you before, so that means there is something she likes about you.
Keep this optimism in mind and try to win her back! There is plenty of help available online for how to cope with a breakup.
You will usually find that the advice is to save your relationship.
You can find lots of advice and there are tons of books on the subject.
If you really want to get back together with your ex, then you might want to look into some of these books.
