These are published on a weekly basis; I like to develop the weekly menus on Thursday or Friday, grocery shop on Saturday, and start the week's menus on Sunday I hope you have grand plans to honor the Dad in the house! It is always nice to have a reason for celebration; the men in our lives certainly deserve to be celebrated.
I have planned a wonderful London Broil with Fresh Tomato and Corn salsa for a nice 'manly' meal.
To make this menu even better is that any leftover beef will be used on Tuesday for the Beef and Brie Panini.
Enjoy being with your Fathers! The Saturday menu with Pesto Chicken and Caprese Salad is company worthy but easy enough for a family menu.
If you are having company for the weekend, this will make a very nice meal for your guests plus you will have time to enjoy your friends as well.
