What Is New in Cataclysm?
Azeroth will never again be the Azeroth you used to know. Not only will everything be turned upside down and familiar places destroyed, but you will also be able to fly on your own instead of having to rely on flight paths.
You can probably see the advantage in that.
In Cataclysm, and old dragon from Warcraft II shows up again and destroys the world, as we know it. This dragon is called Deathwing, and if you decide upon the Collector's Edition, you'll get is as a cute little in-game pet.
Two new playable races appear: The Worgen and the Goblins. If you're normally an alliance player, you'll enjoy creating a new Worgen character, and likewise, if you're playing horde, you'll probably rush at creating a Goblin.
We'll also have a new secondary profession, namely archeology.
The talent point system will be completely changed. We'll only get new talents points available every second level, and as far as I've understood, only one tree can be used. So no more hybrid characters.
In short, the biggest changes in Cataclysm will be:
* Possibility to fly in Azeroth
* Two new playable races: The Worgen and the Goblins
* A new secondary profession - archeology
* New talent point system
How to Pre-Order WoW Cataclysm
If you want to make sure you get your copy the day it comes out without having to stand in line, you can pre-order it. A lot of people missed the last extension, because it was already sold out, when it finally was their turn. This happened especially in those cases, where they wanted the limited Collector's Edition, which is by far the coolest one. You get a lot of extra items with your copy of the game. Items like a mouse mat, the music on a CD, a DVD with the making of, and the sweetest little in-game vanity pet: A miniature Deathwing.
You can pre-order WoW Cataclysm from online stores, and some will even offer you both free shipping, great service and a discount. All it takes is to know somebody who can tell you about where to go.
