Here are some small changes you can make to your diet and exercise routine that will let you lose a large amount of fat.
If you are just starting out and you have a lot of fat to lose it can be overwhelming to look at the big picture so you want to focus on making some small changes and doing them well.

Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
When your body is dehydrated your body actually cools down so in order to warm you back up again your body favors the production of fat.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and start first thing in the morning when your body is naturally dehydrated.

Eat hard to digest foods.
The harder your body has to work to digest the foods you feed it the more energy is exerted and this means a boost your resting metabolic rate.
At every meal aim to include protein, vegetables, high-fiber whole grains and whole fruit.

Prioritize exercise.
Make room in your day for exercise and add exercises that involve resistance such as weight lifting or working with bands.
Exercise stimulates your fat burning metabolism and exercises that work against resistance promote muscle growth.
Why do you want that? Because muscle cells are 8 times more metabolically active than fat cells meaning they help you burn fat all day long.
4.
Get enough rest to recharge.
If you are sleep deprived your body will hold on to fat because your metabolism is running on empty.
Recharge with at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
These small changes done consistently will help you lose a large amount of fat, you can succeed!
