The following foods are thus prohibited, except for within 1.5 hours of finishing a resistance-training workout of at least 20 minutes in length: bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried food with breading. If you avoid eating anything white, you'll be safe.

Drink massive quantities of water or other no-calorie/low-calorie beverages as you like. Some drinking is also prohibited to lose fat. Do not drink high fat milk, normal soft drinks, or high sugar fruit juice.

Yes!!! Unsaturated fat is the best thing you should have. It is found in peanut oil, olive oil, avocados, and flax-seed oil. Also, avoid saturated fats, found in regular dairy products, meats, and most snack foods like potato chips and cookies.

According to a scientific research saturated fats create fat while unsaturated fats are not only good for health, but they even help in reducing extra fat already coagulated in your body.
