Juicing To Destroy The Cellulite!

Oh yes - it is that time of year when we have to face the lumpy bits! And I am pulling out every trick in the book for us ladies to eliminate and destroy thar cellulite, and look like a million dollars on the beach in our new bikini! After the winter months of probably eating all the wrong things and being couch happy rather than going for the gym (yeah me too) we now have to get this nuisance of a problem sorted.
So we know that for us to deal with this we need a good diet - fresh in fruit and vegetables, delete the white stuff, the soda, the sugar, and ditch the alcohol! We need to get the body flushing, drawing away the toxins and stubborn lazy fat cells that are hovering under our skin which simply just ruins the look! It just won't do! Right, we delete the demon diet and we destroy the offending lumpy bits, fighting talk now girls, OK? Green juices are excellent for helping us to flush out the little offenders, you may not fancy that idea, but let me tell you - they become addictive, and I have this great recipe from the 'Juice Master' specifically to help us with this problem, this is more like a smoothie than a juice, very appropriate really! Very tasty and much more effective than any expensive creams or salon treatments! Bikini Ready Green Juice: Ingredients we need -
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • ΒΌ pink grapefruit
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • And a few mint leaves (chopped)
Juice everything but the mint - (a juicer is best, but if you don't have one, use a blender) pour over some ice and sprinkle with the mint leaves, that's it! So how will this help to get rid of the cellulite? Your juice is loaded with essential nutrients which will boost your health generally as well as fighting the bumps by flushing out toxic waste! The apple and the mint will help us to flush toxins from the fat tissues.
The grapefruit is a fantastic cleanser assisting the lymphatic system, it is also very high in vitamin C, boosting the smooth appearance of our skin.
The celery, apple and pear help cleanse the subcutaneous tissues and improve kidney function.
The apple and pear are also like intestinal brooms sweeping out toxins, poisons and bacteria, an all round winner! Don't drink anything else for around 20 minutes after the juice, but then remember to drink lots of fresh filtered water throughout the day to help flush your system.
