  1. Infuse a tablespoon of pedunculate oak bark with a glass of boiling water.
    Let the tincture settle for 15-20 minutes and decant it.
    Use the decoction as a mouth rinse 3-5 times a day to treat bleeding gums and inflammation of gums.
  2. Mix great burnet rootstock and root (1 part), southern blue gum leaves (1 part), calendula blossoms (2 parts) and common nettle leaves (2 parts).

    Decant it and rinse your mouth with the decoction 30-40 minutes before meal.

    Afterwards, decant it and use as a mouth rinse 3 times a day after meal.
  4. Mix equal quantities of Peucedanum ruthenicum root, flowering tops of goldenrod, wormwood tops and pine buds.
    Infuse a tablespoon of the mix of herbs with a glass of boiling water.
    Let the tincture settle for 20-30 minutes and decant it.
    Use the decoction as a mouthwash to deal with bad breath.
